What we can do with words,
Is the quintessential gift;
We can give the human soul,
A badly needed lift.
We can orchestrate their future,
Through empowerment today;
By demonstrating what to do,
The most effective way.
People are inspired,
By the words you choose to use;
You can build their self-esteem,
Or make them prone to lose.
There’s power in your tongue,
So you should choose to be the best;
Encourage them to get things done,
And fill their soul with zest.
Become that difference maker,
Show that you are wise;
Help others to stay focused,
With their eyes upon the prize.
